Exchange Policy:

For Orders Not Yet Shipped: If your order has not been shipped and you wish to exchange it for a different color or size, you may contact our customer service team to make the change, provided the item is in stock. (Exchanges are only allowed for the same item and not for other products.)

For Orders That Have Been Shipped: If your order has been shipped, you can contact customer service to apply for a return upon receiving the item. You may then place a new order to minimize waiting time and ensure the desired item is still in stock.

For Orders Over $99: We will cover the shipping cost for the exchanged item. Customers only need to bear the return shipping costs for the original item. For orders under $99, customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.
Return Policy:

15-Day Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase from PINKPARKS, you can apply for a return and refund within 15 days of receiving the item. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact. The return package must be sent within 7 days of submitting the return application, and the tracking number must be provided to customer service. If this deadline is not met, the return request will be automatically canceled.

Specific Conditions for Return: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with photos so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Returns for Non-Quality Issues: For returns not related to product quality issues, customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to our warehouse.
Order Cancellation:
- If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer service team, and we will process your request promptly. Please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.
Important Notes:
- The following situations are not considered quality issues:
- Loose buttons, threads, thickness, texture, or color differences due to display variations;
- Dissatisfaction with style, color, or changes in personal preference;
- Damage resulting from improper use, washing, maintenance, self-repair, modification, or other human factors;
- Returns due to sizing issues.
Return Address (Please Note):
- The address on the package is not our return address. Returns sent to an unauthorized address will not be refunded. For returns or refunds, please contact our customer service team (service@pinkparks.com) to obtain the correct return address before sending your package.
Return Package Tracking:
- After sending your return package, please email us a photo of the package. We will contact you once we have received and processed the return. Please ensure you provide a traceable tracking number so that the package arrives safely and promptly.
Refund Policy:

Cancellation of Orders Not Yet Shipped: Refunds for canceled orders that have not been shipped will be processed within 3-15 business days back to your original payment account.

Returned Orders: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund promptly. Refunds will be issued to your original payment account within 3-8 business days.
