How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

Why Can’t I View My Order?

Please use the email address you provided when placing your order to request a verification code. Then log in to the store as a registered member to view your full order history and track your shipment.

What If I Entered the Wrong Email Address?

If you entered an incorrect email address, please contact our customer service team with the correct one. We will update your information and ensure your order details are properly linked.

Why Can’t I See My Order After Payment?

If you paid using NAVER Pay or Kakao Pay, there may be a delay due to the payment gateway. It usually takes 3–5 minutes after successful payment for your order to appear.

Can I Return an Item If I’m Not Satisfied?

Yes, items can be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item has a quality issue.

The following are not considered quality issues:

  • Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, texture, or slight color differences due to display settings
  • Personal dissatisfaction with style or color
  • Damage caused by wear, washing, improper care, or alterations

How Do I Return an Item?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Please send the item to our designated return warehouse in China, Korea, Japan, Canada, or the United States.

Do You Offer Return Labels?

We do not provide return labels. Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping to the provided address.

Can I Leave the Package at the Door for Pickup?

No. The address on your original package is not a valid return address. Please use the return address provided by our customer service team.

Do You Offer Cash on Delivery?

No, we currently do not offer cash on delivery.
