We deliver to Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Japan, the UK, the USA, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand.
How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
For in-stock items, we ship within 48 hours. Delivery times typically range from about a week for Taiwan, Korea, and Japan, to 8-14 business days for other regions.
Can I Return an Item If I’m Not Satisfied?
Yes, you can return an item within 15 days of receiving it, provided it’s in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless there’s a quality defect. The following do not qualify as quality issues:
- Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, texture, or color differences due to monitor displays.
- Dissatisfaction with style, color, or personal preference changes.
- Damage from use, washing, improper maintenance, modifications, or other human factors.
- Sizing issues. Please refer to our sizing chart, as our team can only provide recommendations.
How Do I Return an Item?
To initiate a return, contact customer service with details and the reason for return. Once you receive instructions, ship the item to our designated warehouse in China.
Do You Offer Return Labeling Services?
We do not offer return labeling services. Customers need to arrange delivery to our specified address.
Can I Leave the Package at the Door for Pickup?
No, the address on your package is not our return address. Use the return address provided by customer service.
